PROFILE

Company Background

Duncan Lynch was formed in 1961 as a trade tool making company and over the years has built a reputation with its customers for the high quality of its work and the attention to customer care. Our main areas of activity have been in the supply of tooling and special equipment to various industries. We also supply specialized ink testing equipment such as the Print Proof Tester which is a unique Duncan Lynch product.

We have over thirty years of experience in the supply of press tooling and have followed a policy of investment and expansion into other areas of activity. These include oil and mining industries and also the motor industry where we have supplied jigs and fixtures for major manufacturers such as Honda, Rover, Aston Martin, Land Rover and Ford.

With the acquisition in 1994 of Sheetmets Ltd, we gained the additional capacity for sheet metal work and fabrication, which gives us the ability to handle major contracts in house.

With the completion of the acquisition of Highbell Limited in April 2005, Duncan Lynch extends its precision engineering capabilities. A wholly owned subsidiary of Duncan Lynch, Highbell was established 21 years ago and provides precision engineering services to the aerospace, Formula 1 motor racing, electronics and mobile telecommunications industries.
